Exercise their minds during spring break

Spring break is here and so is the Spring issue of Multiplicity Magazine. I had the honor of collaborating with this awesome editorial once more and thought it would be helpful while the kiddies are at home. Exercise the mind and body of your children by attending a gym class, playgroup or simple at home activities that will give them a minute of instruction that stretches into 4 minutes focus time.  The article topic focuses on the popular diagnosis of children with ADHD. However research shows that all children engaged in mindful exercise enhances their discipline to focus.  On that note…..
