Living in NYC makes it hard for us to enjoy this delicious restaurant menu but we are super excited to now bring these ingredients to our own kitchen.
Art matters!! Don’t we all agree!?
V & K usually spend their days after school with extra curricular activities as many other fortunate children do, but it’s those moments when they find tools and objects around the house to express their creativity that I adore.
Yes, twins enjoy individual things but don’t forget there are many things to enjoy together. We are all born creative beings. Some of us are able to express it at an early age while others need to explore themselves and find their creative purpose.
Let’s continue to share our creative commonalities while encouraging each other on the sidelines during our individual time to shine.

Today I thought I’d share some fun pics that include a bump date and how much the girls are excited to be becoming big sisters…as well as how humbly blessed I am to be on this journey in life.
When Twindollicious started it all came to me at a time where I knew there was a fun message to share with many people about twins. I wanted to share our personal experience as well as some fun facts that most twins experience in their lives. I knew that there was a message to share but didn’t expect to be helping families; sibling bonds and others on the path to creating stories or businesses of their own. As a business; I can say Twindollicious has developed from fun. Whether we are enjoying collaborations with others or feeling creative… It’s all wrapped up into one lifestyle.
Now almost 3 years later a life changing experience has come along with all of these opportunities. We’re adding a little boy to meet the world of Twindollicious and couldn’t be more anxious and excited!
As I enter the last trimester of pregnancy our calendar fills with meetings and deadlines that needed to be fulfilled…. And heck I’ll humbly do so. Because prior to having a voice to share stories on sibling bonding, confidence, writing, and the life of an independent mom-preneur there was a question of ….”ok I love children, they like me , I love to help people; now how can I add my life skills and knowledge of behaviors to allow everyone to share their story”.
We will be sharing talks at domestic violence seminar, attending a woman’s entrepreneur conference and sharing some goodies at a vintage gallery within the next couple of weeks and can’t wait to share details with everyone.

Our close to home Spring break has Coe to an end but never with a dull ending. We saved the best part of the week long venture for last.
The little artists at heart were due for a trip to some of NY’s great museums.
Guggenheim was number one on the list followed by Cooper Hewitt.
By the likes of V& K the Guggenheim’s architectural sound made for great conversation amongst the girls. However the best part may have been visiting the gift shop where they scored a Kandinsky coloring book and a post card for their favorite art teacher.
While at Cooper Hewitt ther was an abundance of interactive exhibits for them to see, yet the most exciting part was scanning in all of the exhibit codes with the magic pen. There’s this cool pen shaped marker that is given to each visitor, which allows you to scan in your exhibits of interest then laterite urn to the website with your code to retrieve all exhibit information.
Kennedy preferred to spend the entire time in the Pixar exhibit area while her Vittoria enjoyed the interactive design table used with stylus pen as well.
Soon hunger set in and as I said before Kennedy would have stayed in Pixar the entire time yet we convinced her that a night at the museum may not be fun….. To be continued for our close to home Spring break happy little innovators.
What are distractions? Those things or situations that occur which keep us from completing our to do list. Or how about that life long plan you have TO TRY something new, start a new journey or take a trip that seems to be stopped by someone special or a job.
Can it be that We never take the time to acknowledge that these slight interruptions are in fact distractions. As an adult perhaps we forget but I’m pretty sure children all a cross the world are reminded when gazing offi n class that they’re being distracted….( It’s a number 1 teacher’s favorite). Any how with sticking to the topic; I’d like to share 3 lessons I’ve learned to help me understand and handle deadlines and surprise happening or behaviors in order to get the job done.
We recently shared our grandest addition which will arrive this summer. It hit me with such shock in the middle of a busy work schedule which included appearances, deadlines and freelance work with others, yet took me back to a place that I was in 6 years ago. A place where doubt had set in on the chance of ever having children and then V&K were here! BUT remember the dying desperation, asking and prayin… Those days and nights of long talks were not falling on deaf ears. The response was given yet when lease expected.
1. That number one rule to remember what you have asked for over and over again will receive a response; and usually after you’ve shown and proven that you can handle it. (Note: maybe a time when you’re overwhelmed).
2. Creating a deadline for yourself regarding work for others and yourselves is key. BUT the topper is allowing yourself enough time with your tasks that in between your work for others you can take a breather to visit your project. This allows you to remember your creative goals as well.
3. Take an organizational brake to manage your thoughts and connect with your team. It can be a partner, mentor, spouse or whom ever provides tha creative energy that allows you to help each other grow.
I’d like to share some of the creative outlets we’ve gained by following rule number 1. This barn yard entry way to embrace the upcoming nursery.
Along with a collaborative shoot to embrace our TwinDollicious message of sibling love with new Spring/Summer release design of double the hearts. Perhaps with an infant design surprise.
Remember to take minute to think when hit with those small signs of distractions (ex:the black cat crossing)

As much a sweeping like to say that the past few weeks have been wake up, drink coffee (for mom), work on the beach it hasn’t. Thankfully we do have a good amount of weeks left for our “Beach Please” mode. But, this Summer has been marked as our reach out and touch more TwinDollicious friends Summer!
Our team goals are to be apart of our community, NOT to attend camp 😉😉 and reach families that enjoy sibling love, friendship and joy of fashionable keepsake clothing like our own. We have teamed up with great photographers, childrens magazines, vendor events and runway show organizers, all while making new friends. We will be happily sharing these collaborations with links to our social media for future events; if it’s of interest to you or someone you know (it’s great to help a friend) please contact or connect with us with any questions, or comment below.

Success will be achieved by doing what you love and not what you’re good at
I heard this statement a few weeks ago and immediately knew that it was meant for me. You see, I believe that everyday is a learning experience… We may take lessons away from just being in every moment. Since hearing this from a successful business man himself (which happened to have been told to him by his MOM – those women I tell you) I felt the need to share it with someone else whom may be reading this right now.
Planning your career and life goals takes place in many phases. You may be the person who’s always known their career path or you may be the person that dabbles into everything without passion until one day it hits you. Perhaps you are that person who planned career based on your skills and what you do best. You may have been complimented on a job done well and choose that as your career path…., but realize one day that you are not in love. You’re not in love with the money, the job or the rate of emotional return. So what do you do? I’ve had moments in the past where I reminisce on passions that have gone away – until that one day the accumulation of passions made sense into one career path, during the day I decided to take a break, SIT and BREATHE. The leap into action was to develop a brand that I love based on a lifestyle that I love! While most importantly encouraging others and producing products that I’ve always loved – and thankfully ( “WOW” )others love as well :):)
If you’re faced with making the decision on hooding your business, family and career goals based on what you LOVE, remember LOVE always wins, success will follow.
Please share your thoughts on success and love with others. Speak about it or start by commenting below and remember to spread kindness, be an individual, embrace partnerships with friends, family and business because Any two can be….
